Call Recording is a feature that allows you to automatically record phone calls received by your tracking numbers. After a call ends, the recording will be available to replay in your call log and email notifications. Call recording is included in your account at no additional cost. Call Recording is a great way to record phone calls for customer service, sales, or other purposes.

You can use our transcription feature to get a written transcript of the call, or you can listen to the recording and take notes yourself.

Clear Ring gives you the ability to control, download and monitor your incoming calls all within your dashboard. Being able to listen to your calls lets you review the incoming calls, determine if a lead is qualified, monitor your sales team and more.

Utilising our call outcome feature combined with call recording you will see if your marketing campaigns are generating the right calls.

Call recording is optional in your Clear Ring account. You have the option to turn this feature off at any time through your dashboard. We also have the option to let your customer know that the calls are recorded before they are put through to your business.
